Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and based upon product availability. Any regular order received after 2:00 PM PT will be shipped out the next day. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will also receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS. We ship from Torrance, CA, 90501 USA.

Online shipping rates are for online orders only and do not apply to phone orders or mail orders. 

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Orders 

S.L.Barbier will ship to the following locations under the following conditions:

• S.L.Barbier is not responsible for any duties or customs your country charges, all duties and customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Some delays in shipping may occur. Orders may take 2 weeks for delivery.
• Recipient is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
• No free shipping for any orders, regardless of the amount.

International Shipping Policy

• All international orders will be shipped USPS Priority class unless otherwise requested.
• All packages are shipped fully insured and guaranteed for delivery with tracking information available.
• All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following week.
• All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. S.L.Barbier does not cover these additional charges by your customs dept.
